Expert chef Suzanne Cullen delighted us with some of her culinary secrets as she prepared Jerusalem artichoke soup with truffle and artichoke crisps, Apple and cheese latkes, Clams in cider and cream, Salt and pepper cod cheeks, and posh bangers and mash (fennel and lemon sausages with celeriac mash and caramelized apple and fennel) at Alexandra Palace.
