A time for leafy walks in the park and cosy evenings at home… bliss! Why not make yourself a simple, warming soup with some locally grown, market vegetables this weekend?! Soups are always especially tasty when made with leftover roasted veg too, plus it saves on waste – a win, win!
It’s summer-time in the city! Where better to while away a sunny Saturday or Sunday than at one of our markets?! Pick up some fresh fruit and salad, bread and a piece of cheese for a picnic or find the perfect, locally sourced, ingredients for a barbeque – far less stressful than battling those supermarket aisles!
